RETURN CONDITIONS

WARNING

1. If seal is open return won't be accepted.
2. Received defective / wrong product, while returning need a proof by creating video.
3. Don't accept the parcel if seal is already open while receiving parcel.

Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

Return Instructions are provided below.

1. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
2. Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product
3. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all asthaenterprises item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
4. Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at asthaenterprises reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
5. Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

• Please Contact us to schedule a collection for you at no additional cost if you met the return conditions.
• Our Customer Service Team will email an asthaenterprises Return Air Way Bill Number.
• Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
• Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
• To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Return Airway Bill Number and enter it in the tracking number field on asthaenterprises.co.in

Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.

RECEIVING A REFUND

1. No Refund for cash on delivery orders.
2. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.
3. On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 10-15 working days.
4. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have RECEIVED your refund.
